The F-16 has been in flight test for 41 years, and we're not finished. There are many organizations involved with F-16 M7+flight test. M7+ began at the same time as big changes to F-16 OFP Flight Test. While every organization has barriers that impede the flow of information and resources, these are the top 3 prior to M7+. Each barrier will be discussed with a description of the traditional barrier, how the barrier is being broken, and work remaining, focusing on one or more representative factors.
