5 'S' & Kaizen are the Japanies Technique to improve the efficiency and reduced cost of production without any further investment or with very less investment. BCM one of the biggest sugar mill in India with 11000 TCD capacity has adopted this technique in sugar industry. 5 'S' has also brought the change in the culture of work force to complete their work more efficiently without wastage of time & material.
