摘要

High uniform,self-ordered anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) can be effectively formed from industrially pure (99.999%) aluminum sheets through an anodizing program in acid solution.Nanoporous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) tubular membranes are fabricated in acid electrolytes using a two-step anodization process.This paper introduces the theory and the mathematical models of the forming process of the tubular membranes in brief.The influences of anodizing variables,such as the applied voltage,the kind of acid solution and the pore-widening time,on the pore diameter to be the key factors were systematically investigated in this paper.
