Enhancing the Teaching Business Telecommunications and e-Commerceusing SMIL and Videostreaming

Few topics have received as much attention inthe information technology field as the Internet/worldwide web (Web). Internet/Web aided instruction is one ofthe most important research topics in the business field,especially business telecommunications and e-commerce.This paper discusses the results of using videostreamingtechnology and synchronized multimedia integrationlanguage (SMIL) as an instructional tool in the domain ofbusiness telecommunications and e-commerce. Theseexperimental findings (e.g., experiences on effects of theSMIL and videostreaming technology) are presented.
