摘要

The purpose of this paper is to identify the systemic shortcomings related with Project Integration Management of the PMBOK~R-2000 and to propose a framework to structure Project Integration Management from a "systems perspective". First of all, an overall evaluation of Chapter 4: Project Integration Management of PMBOK~R-2000 was made in terms of systems fundamentals and principles. Second, its critique was made in the light of systemic contextual issues. Third, a framework was proposed. It was concluded that Project Integration Management of PMBOK~R-2000 is a weak representation of project integration compared to the one defined by systems approach to project management.
