A new generation of the atmospheric disperison mdoels is under developemtn in the USA and Europe (Berkowicz et al.,1986; Perry et al.,1994).These Gaussian models employ parameterizations of dispersion coefficients and other vaiables with physicla parameteers arather than with stability categories.Seemingly more direct approach to introduction of physicla parametters into dispersion models cna be based on solutin on the advection-diffusion euqation.results of such an approach are presented in this paper; ways of generatlizaton of the developed flat-terrain model for account of building-downwash effects are also discussed here.
