摘要

The present paper deals with the in-house design and production capability of turboshaft engines according to the non-aeronautical necessities of the Ministry of Defence and various other customers involving minimal investments. The idea is supported by the fact that these turboshaft designs are based on the combination of components that are currently produced under licence together with relatively low-cost interconnecting subassemblies.
