After joining WTO, Chinese Soybean market confronts the impact of importation that never happened before. That attracts great attention from our government and many industries related to Soybean. One reason that Chinese Soybean industry falls in difficulty among the competition with foreign Soybean is we ignore the traditional dietetic custom of Soybean product as food, and ignore traditional Soybean products' modern betterment and production. If we simply obey the mode and technology of European and American Soybean, it will cause Soybean machining and consumption developing in the direction of grease chemical industry. Although it facilitates the supply of Chinese foliage oil and feedstuff after did that, it weakens the industrialization process of traditional Soybean products just like bean curd and soybean milk. On the side of the material that grease chemical industry and foliage albumen production needed, America not only has the advantage of breed but also the advantage of price. On the other hand, although Chinese Soybean is the suitable material for traditional Soybean products, it still faces the serious crisis because the traditional Soybean food market shrinks. For improving Chinese Soybean's market competitiveness, we not only need research the situation of world Soybean trade, but also consider the faults on the strategy of developing Soybean industry. On the other hand we should strengthen the traditional Soybean food to industrialization, to make traditional Soybean food the truly nutrient, safe, convenient modern food.
