Modernizing the Soybean Seed Sector in Argentina

Argentina has made a significant effort and a great progress in relation to Soybean production technology, in a continuous search for high productivity levels and reduction of costs. This progress has been accomplished by state-of-the-art technology and encouraging prices. Our Soybean Extension Program is currently working together with SADESO, an interdisciplinary team work, whose main objective is to provide information about Soybean uses, particularly its nutritional and therapeutic contribution to humans. At the same time, SADESO is actively coordinating the Soybean Solidarity Program created by AAPRESID, an Argentine farmers Association for Non tillage practices.
