The oil content (OC)and Protein content (PC)of soybeans are both controlled by genes and affected by environment. It is important to understand the effect of different environmental factors on OC and PC in soybean quality improvement. The northeast China, the major producing region of the country, occupies vast territory and the ecological conditions are complicated. This study was to understand the ecological effect on the quality of soybeans in the northeast.
