摘要

The junction temperature model of LED street lamp is established by response surface method in this paper. And the accuracy of the model is verified. The key design parameters are obtained through sensitivity analysis. According to the model and the key design parameters, this paper establishes lightweight design mathematical model of LED street lamp. Then an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to optimize the design parameters. At last, the LED street lamp structure scheme is verified and analyzed, and the performance and reliability of optimized design are compared and analyzed. It proves the feasibility of method which conducting lightweight design and analysis of LED street lamps.
