Several mathematical methods applied in Image Processing

摘要

Several mathematical methods are discussed in this paper. Singular value decomposition (SVD) is used in compressing image. Conjugate gradients (CG) method and truncated Singular value decomposition (TSVD) regularization method are applied in image restoration. From the experience results we can see that those methods have a great effect in image compression and image restoration.
