A Revolutionary Light Stabilizer System for Polyolefins and Other Resins

The use of plastics is being extended into increasingly durable applications. These include applications where direct sunlight exposure is common or occurs daily. Direct UV exposure is known to deteriorate the physical and aesthetic properties of nearly all polymers, though to varying extents. As the service life demands of polymers become more rigorous, the development of improved performance light stabilizers is critical. To help meet these performance criteria, a new generation of light stabilizers has been developed which shows extraordinary efficacy in polyethylene, polypropylene and other resins.
