Economic and Technical Analysis of Several Heat Metering Modes: a Case Study from Beijing, China

摘要

Poor thermal comfort of indoor and low efficiency of heating system can always be found in the existing residential buildings with large energy consumption. This paper adopted a comparison method to carry on the economic and technical analysis of several heat metering modes for district heating system (DHS). An existing residential building in Beijing was selected as an example to discriminate and contrast the heat metering ways. Pertinent retrofit schemes for district heating system were proposed after the retrofit of building envelop. With comprehensive consideration of technical and economic benefits, it obtained the optimal heat metering retrofit scheme (HMRS).
