This paper introduced the basic things of storehouse construction for grain in China about more than 40 years since liberation of China. The major problems presented in storehouse construction had been snalysised which they were as follows: 1.With a number of storehouses but unregular form, lacking plan while constructed; 2. With poor quality of new storehouse because of poor management while building, lacking suitable mechanical equipment and control devices; 3.With poor correlatins between storehouse building and storing function of them. In this paper, the clearly correlation between the suitability of storehouse and the safety of them was also conducted, and some proposals were put out including the construction and distribution, building desing, storehouse forms, building quality and technology for grain storage. At the end of the paper, the model Chiense modernization storehouse was described.
