Historical Review of the Evolution of Information Systems

摘要

This study concerns the evolution of information systems from the historical perspective of the use of information and communication technologies within the organizations. This study brought us to the proposal of the application of the concept of "Differentiation Integration" to the design and development of information systems. We can say that there is differentiation if an entity (task, object ...) that is bound to a single actor (organism, machine, program ...) is separated into several sub entities that are bound to several actors. We can say that there is integration when different entities bind themselves in a new way, while the process leads generally to the creation of a new information order. One of the limitations of the reflection in the domain of information system is due to its differentiation badly controlled with the technological and organizational realities, combined with the integration mat is necessary but not too much broken up on the theoretical aspect.
