摘要

The abuse of the speech freedom on the Internet is so universal that it often violates personal privacy. This paper not only explains the liberty of speech and privacy and its resources, but also clarifies the relationship between speech freedom and privacy. Lastly it focuses on accounting for how to protect privacy on the Internet.
