Agility-based OODA Model in E-Commerce Enterprise

摘要

The paper describes the basic command-control process OODA model (Observation-Orientation-Decision-Action model) and introduces the application of OODA in e-commerce/e-business enterprise. Through the OODA process in the enterprise decision-making , the commerce will be agility ,more competitive in the information-intensive world.
