摘要

Mode analysis of Lamb waves propagating in an aluminum alloyed pipe is carried out by means of wavelet transform (WT). With the aid of this technique the interaction of Lamb waves with a circumferential notch is investigated. The mode conversion occurred at the location of the notch has been unambiguously observed through a distance-time fitting.
