摘要

A novel hybrid UV curing system composed of anaerobic adhesive and photoinitiator was developed. The hybrid curing includes UV and anaerobic curing reactions of (meth)acrylated resins. After UV curing, a post-exposure curing of the hybrid formulation was observed, resulting in the better curing in depth. It was also found that compatibility of the absorption spectra between anaerobic adhesive and photoinitiator, and exposure time have obvious effect on the complete curing of this hybrid system.
