摘要

The time-resolved photoresponse of oxygen deficient Nd_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)MnO_(3-δ) epitaxial layers is observed in TTE measurements in different regimes using different light intensities and spectral windows in the visible. In the regime of the metal - insulator transition the photoresponse increases sharply and shows saturation with increasing light intensity, suggesting a light-induced transition. We also present evindence of nucleation and growth of the light-induced phase.
