摘要

This paper contributes to the discussion on the development of an air spacernsurveillance system to be based on a number of transferable Primary Surveillance Radarsrn(PSR). Improved methods for processing the signal data from such a system arernproposed. A new computational method of Kalman filtering, known as the Fast KalmanrnFiltering (FKF), provides effective statistical means for calibrating the whole system inrnreal-time. Accuracy estimations are to be based on the theory of Minimum NormrnQadratic Unbiased Estimation (MINQUE) in order to avoid any divergence of thernfiltering.
