摘要

This paper introduces a kind of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) testing System designed with the ARM (advanced RISC machines) microprocessor and the μCOS-II system. The principle and method of the system is presented. The μCOS-II has been embedded in the system. The paper also gives key solutions of the software. According to the request of the function in detail to introduce the principle and the design method of this kind of intelligence testing instrument, introduces the μ COS-II related knowledge of the Embedded system in the PCB Detecting application, and determines to use S3C2410 chip which is a kind of ARM microprocessor as the core of the PCB testing system, and introduces its structure and its characteristic. It has been accomplished that the analysis on the essential electric circuit and the design on the software and hardware.
