摘要

Today′s renewable energy systems, like wind turbines or solar power plants, are depending onrnweather conditions (windy or sunny days). In order to compensate these fluctuations of energyrnproduction it is necessary to store produced energy by using one of several options which arernavailable at this time. The planned substitution of nuclear power issues a challenge to Germanyrnand its energy-politics. This paper deals with the efforts of Ostfalia University of AppliedrnSciences to alleviate a part of the most important problem of this century.rnOstfalia′s compares of different energy storages will give a help to develop efficient energyrnmanagement strategies for hybrid systems.
