摘要

In order to obtain the integrated optimal performance of the unmanned shearer, the relationship between different performance indexes and movement parameters which includesthe haulage speed and the drum revolution speed is analyzed.A multi-objective optimization model of the shearer is built which takes the movement parameters as the design variables and different performance indexes as the sub-objective.From the optimization, the variation law of the optimal ratio of the movement parameters is obtained.Taking the productivity ratio into consideration and considering the influence of cutting power on the haulage speed and cutting force on the ratio of the movement parameters, the integrated optimal movement parameters are obtained by optimization.Finally, the traditional control strategy of shearer and the adaptive control strategy based on the multi-objective optimization are compared.The result shows that the performance with the adaptive control strategy is better than that with the traditional control strategy in many aspects.
