A University for the Cuban Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment

摘要

In the present work is shown the adopted model for the Rectory of the Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology (ISCTN) to become the University of the Cuban Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment. It is also argued this model is compatible with the internaitonal tendencies and with the history of the ISCTN. Copyright direct C 2000 IFAC
