摘要

Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus (MRS) is one of the most common pathogens causing nosocomial infections. It is difficult to assess the actual situation of MRS prevalence in hospital timely due to lack of accurate and rapid detection method and typing system. So the pertinent control measures cannot be established immediately. In this study we planned to establish molecular biological detection methods and typing system to investigate the control of MRS in hospital and determine the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of selected antibacterial agents against recent clinical isolates of Staphylococcus for treating MRS infections with suitable agents.
