Titanium #beta#-diketonate complexes [I] or titanium (IV) 8-hydroxyquinolinate complexes [II] with methylaluminoxane (MAO) polymerizes styrene(S), both in slurry process and bulky process, to give s-PS with high Tm~([1-3]). When chlorides in I or II were replaced with OEt, OPh, OPhMe or OPhOMe group, the polymerization activities of complexes are in the following order: OEt
