摘要

Nano-composite electro-brush plating was regarded as an advanced remanufacturing engineering technology,and the coatings prepared have much more dense microstructure and excellent properties.The process of nano-composite electro-brush plating for engine crankshaft remanufacturing was introduced in the paper,and remanufacture for wear and tear engine crankshaft axle.The results indicate that remanufacturing technology of nano-composite electro-brush plating can satisfy the higher intensity and accuracy requirement of crankshaft axle.
