Epoxy resin concrete has been applied in the architecture engineering, especially in reinforcing technology, it has good performance with high strength, large bonder, small shrink and better chemical stabilization, etc. But, as the normal concrete, it has some defects, such as large brittle and bad impact resistance, so the extensive apply of it is restricted. In order to utilize the epoxy resin concrete better, the article will utilize the micro-aggregate, PP fiber, polysulfide rubber, etc. to make it to be modified. The experiments' results shows that the quantity of mixing micro-aggregate (cement) is 115% of epoxy, the flexural strength will increase 27%, the compressive strength will increase 24%; the quantity of mixing PP fiber is 1.2% of epoxy, the flexural strength will increase 15%, the compressive strength will increase by 15.6%; the quantity of mixing polysulfide rubber is 3% of epoxy, the flexural strength will increase by 105%, the compressive strength will increase by 10%; when cement, PP fiber and polysulfide rubber are all mixed, the strength of epoxy resin concrete is the highest, the resistance of alkali and acid is the best. The manhole cover made by epoxy resin concrete modified, h of which all technology value including flexural strength, impact strength, compress strength, stretch strength, elastic modulus, the ratio of water-absorbing, acid-resistant property, alkali-resistant property, heat resistance property and climate-resistant property etc. have reached the China National Standards of CJ/T211-2005.
