Educational Audiovisual Media for Comprehension of Genetic Engineering

In recent years, the technology of genetic engineering has been coming to be used for many fields in life sciences such as medical care, agriculture, environment remediation. In a field of recombinant DNA technology, the various ways application are emerging by the technical development. But, those contents are complex, and it is the environment for the general people to comprehend has been established, This study makes it possible to easily understand the technique in genetic engineering by using CG visual animation. The how to communication of correct knowledge is aimed to widely use as education content by this study. So, we produce a CG animation with the telop and the narration in stead of special terms. In addition, a questionnaire is performed to evaluate the effort of this contents.
