Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (Abbr. VCI) is a kind of volatile product. It can prevent metal's corrosion. In this article, the component and structure of protection film of VCI JX1-1 on metal surface have been found intuitionisticly by using X-Ray Photoelectron Spectrum (Abbr. XPS) technology, and explained the mechanism of forming film commendably.
