Multiple Description and Cost Evaluation Strategies for Design for Testability

摘要

Multiple descriptions and a new cost evaluation function are proposed in the paper for the ptions with hierarchical rule set to represent all of information necessary for design .The cost evaluation function combines the different attribute values into a single numerical score to represent the goodness of the technique without using the normalization factors. The rule model has been realized in C++ language.
