摘要

This paper introduced the principle and several methods of UV optical absorption spectroscopy analysis. The concentration of S02 was measured with the optical absorption spectroscopy method in the 260-320 nm UV spectral regions. These methods include single spectroscopy method, integral spectroscopy method and differential optical absorption spectroscopy method. The sensitivity and accuracy of measures and calculation results were influence by several factors. The influence of these interfere factors were discussed briefly. Numerical simulation results of the above methods are presented. The comparison with different spectroscopic techniques shows DOAS is a good online monitoring spectroscopy technique.
