摘要

The microscopic theory is developed here to relate a time dependence of the solid-solution short-range order to diffusion of atoms on interatomic distances during its relaxation to an equilibrium value. This theory allows to use measurements of a time dependence of a diffuse scattering of radiations by solution for determination of its diffusion characteristics. The theory is correct within approximation adequate a uncoupling of three-particle correlation function, and takes into account a long-range character and anisotropy of interatomic interactions, in particular, because of effects of the atomic-sizes' misfit and elastic anisotropy of a crystalline lattice.
