The ability to develop a remote data driven only screening methodology for identifying poorly performingrncondensers within large retail refrigeration pack estates, presents a major opportunity to achieve significantrnenergy savings in an environment where asset volumes may run into several thousand, with subsequent veryrnlarge energy footprints. This paper presents such a practical data driven modelling approach, and will attempt,rnthrough an number of examples, show that the application of the presented signal processing algorithms ofrnthe AMR meter usage data alone can give the user a very effective screening means of identifying anomalousrncondenser performance in large equipment estates.
