ALTERNATING OKN BASED ON THE BIPHASIC VISUAL TEMPORAL-IMPULSE RESPONSE FUNCTION

摘要

Based on a model of the biphasic visual temporal impulse response function (TIRF), it is reported that an alternating optokinetic nystagmus (OKN) eye movement, which alternatively tracked left and right directions, was evoked by the repetitive flash presentation of stationary grating patterns, A potential application in clinic is derived from this novel OKN phenomenon.
