Planning and implementation of large scale enterprise data center: The Case of China National Petroleum Company

This article made an approach to information planning and engineering management via business analysis, system architecture, technology planning, and project management, meanwhile, combined with the case of China National Petroleum Company Data Center Project, it also expounded some key issues that large-scale enterprise information system project implementation process should pay attention to. The China National Petroleum Company''s enterprise data center planning u00026; implementation, adopted information engineering methodology and project life circle as theoretical guide, conformed to international/Chinese domestic related standards, as well as established its own characteristic management model.
