摘要

An accurate analytical method for carbohydrate determination, the so-called High Performance Anion Exchange chromatography with Pulsed Amperometric Detection (HPAE-PAD) , was used to monitor the levels of both sucrose and invert sugar consisting of D-glucose and D-fructose during clear liquor storage in the refinery. The experimental conditions required to avoid producing the invert sugar in a 60 m~3 clear liquor tank during the week-end included temperature and pH values which should not be beyond 70-75℃ and about 7-8, respectively. The overall improvement of the refinery production is discussed.
