摘要

The finite difference method is used for the analysis of the thermo-hydrodynamic performance of journal beaaring lubricated by bubbly oil. The Reynolds equation for compressible fluid together with the energy equation anre solved iteratively to study the effect of air bubbles on the bearing performance characteristics like film thickness, pressure distribution, load carrying capacity and friction force.
