The system has a conduit (10) for supplying oil under pressure to hydraulic stoppers (8), and constituting an air bubble accumulation zone (20) at a closed end. Evacuation units evacuate the air accumulated in the zone, and have an evacuation channel (21) which connects the zone to a lubricated component e.g. camshaft main bearing or tensioner of camshaft coupling chain, of an internal combustion engine.
