摘要

In order for human beings to prosper everlastingly, it is necessary to develop instincts which can find various solutions for future crises. Therefore, while not defending on conventional research stance, this paper advocates the "space urban disaster prevention system theory of relativity" by proposing a disaster prevention system for a future space city, and contributes to the development of space technology from a totally new view point of space urban engineering system. The ultimate aim of this paper is to contribute to the evolution of human society and the protection of earth environment. The research proposes a future space city with a maximum population of lOOmillion and 56million km away from the earth, and offers bases for researchers of next generation considering four important elements necessary to create such a city: time, space distance and space disaster. The research should be regarded as the starting line of a long study starting from 2010 which may span over thousands of years.
