Satellite cluster right is an enabling technology for disaggregatedrnspace architecture. A nonlinear distributed control law is developedrnconsidering fxed-magnitude thrust, in order to establish satellite clus-rnter right under perturbations. Mean orbital elements are used as feed-rnback. Notation of partial stability is adopted to describe the stability.rnUniform stability and asymptotic stability are proven for the relativernmotion control. State selection for establishing a low Earth orbit clusterrnis also discussed. Several numerical studies are performed to assess thernperformance of the control law. Comparisons are provided to show thernfuel-balancing merits of the current control law. The eu000bects of drag onrnthe long-term performance are also investigated. The current controlrnlaw is shown to be feasible and eu000bective for satellite cluster right.
