ON-LINE MEASUREMENT OF SIZE DISTRIBUTION OF COKE FINE FOR SINTERING

摘要

A continuous on-line measuring device for the size distribution of coke fine was newly developed by image processing technology. From the result of actual on-line performances in the sinter plant it was proved to be practicable.rnIt was also found from the mechanically sieved data that a particle size distribution of coke fine had strong relationship with that of other particles, which made it possibe to measure the very fine coke particles below 0.5mm in size. Correlationship between image data processed and sieved values was proved to be reliable and practicable in the production line.
