摘要

This approach of "steady state" control has been developed within the last decade. From the experience gained it has been found that automatic process control actions frequently fail because of the long time lags and the interdependence of many of the process variables. Short disturbances cannot be controlled in this way; instead of smoothing, a constant search for balance may be the result.
