摘要

An industrial experiment of developing 540MPa grade dual-phase hot strip steel using ultra-fast cooing technology on Baotou CSP line was introduced in the present work. The test dual-phase steel,whose thickness is of 6 mm, was roduced by using thin-slab continuous rolling and two stage cooling process, including of laminar and ultra fast cooling; The microstructures of the test dual-phase steel are ferrite and martensite. The volume fraction of martensite is 12%; the mechanical properties of the test dual-phase steel are uniform in widthwise and lengthwise with the tensile strength of 555565MPa, the yield strength of 335~355MPa, the total elongation of 31~34%, the yield ratio of 0.59~0.64 and the n value of 0.18. The test dual-phase steel with good service performance has been used tentatively for making the beam and the tail-board of heave-duty truck.
