On the characteristics, civil recognition and management policy of the scenic view - Focused on the sloped street to the port of Kobe and Busan -

We aimed to set citizens' daily lives in city-scape planning in this research. After the justification of identity of each city with port, especially focusing on the scenic view in the citizens' daily life, we classified the city-scape formation factors of scenic view and evaluated it by the extracted factor axis through SD method. And finally, we suggest some implications for the city-scape management policy on accordance with the characteristics of each cities that is obtained results by the experiment. As the target site of this research, Kobe city of Japan and Busan city of Korea were selected for their representativeness.
