As the main traffic infrastructure of the West, highway construction is the most important task. In order to keep the steady development of highway construction, the highway must be constructed along woth economical and environmental development, so highway construction and environmental protection must develop harmoniously. The final goal is to realize infrastructure construction and environmental protection development at the same time.
