The Construction of Electric Power Supply Management Information System at County Town level in China

摘要

The construction of electric power supply management information system at county & town level is to meet the needs of enhancing the proper management of electric power in rural areas. With the increment of power demand of rural areas and the extension of available power supply information, it is far from satisfying the demand of modern scientific management by manual work. This paper is to present the construction goal, overall functional structure of the system and the detailed functional design at county and town levels, providing for the preconditions for upgrading information management from paper work to non-paper work, for information online for common use, and for the improvement of economic benefit and social benefit of the enterprise.
