PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power supply apparatus, an electric power management system, an electric power management method, and an electric power management program which allow an apparatus, measuring electric power supplied to an electric apparatus for presenting the electric power consumption information of the electric apparatus to a user, to reduce the power consumption of the apparatus itself.SOLUTION: An electric power supply apparatus 101 includes: a connection part 12 connecting with an electric apparatus 121; an electric power transmission part 11 for supplying electric power received from the exterior to the electric apparatus 121 through the connection part 12; a measuring part 13 for measuring at least a current supplied by the electric power transmission part 11 to the electric apparatus 121; a transmission part 14 for transmitting electric power consumption information showing the measurement result of the measuring part 13 to a management apparatus; and a control part 15 that may stop at least one of operations of the measuring part 13 and the transmission part 14.
